Terms & Conditions


  • Grandson Travel and Tours is an accredited travel agency in the  Philippines which offers travel services only and you need to validate all service requests before confirming. Anything which is not included in the itinerary of service booked will be on the passengers or guest expenses. Please read and understand carefully the inclusions of the service that needs to be booked before paying and making the confirmation.


  • All travel services which make up your tour are provided by independent suppliers such as all types of airlines, partner tour operators, transportation voyages and cruises, visa consultation, and local and international travel services. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions which will form part of your contract with us. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available upon your request from us or the supplier concerned.


  • All bookable services have the procedure of booking, and information on all the application forms needs to be filled up. These forms are relevant to your booking request. 
  • Please be informed that all wrong and misspelled relevant information needed for any booking request is subject to applicable penalties and charges.
  • By making a booking, the first named person on the booking will be the (“Lead Name”) who agrees on behalf of themselves and all persons detailed on the booking. And will be responsible for obtaining all the necessary information herein the contract and booking details. Including the payment of the booking, the changes and cancellations, and the required consent of every passenger’s approval into the services booked. 
  • The lead name should be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. And agree to provide full, complete, and accurate information to our Travel Agent/s.


  • Travel dates, itineraries, tours, transportation, and visa prices are subject to change without prior notice and the current price will be quoted and confirmed at the time of booking, subject to any surcharges that are levied in accordance with these conditions.
  • Other services with surcharge and taxes fee will be collected from the passenger/ guest/ applicants before or after the payment.
  • We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold tours at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed tours which are direct consequences of changes in the exchange rates relevant to the package, level of taxes, or fees chargeable for services application to any travel services provided and other chargeable services which do not include into the travel services.


  • The company will collect all your travel documents data before confirming the booking, and will only be used for booking purposes.
  • The passport should be in a good condition with 6 months of validity before, during, and after your travel.
  • Government-issued identification cards or valid IDs should be submitted to the destination that’s not in need of your Passport. 
  • Traveling with children and infants without travel documents will need to submit their Birth Certificates.


  • Many of the destinations require applicable travel documents, the passenger/guest/applicants are responsible for obtaining all the required travel documents, visas, permits, and others. Also for complying with laws, regulations, orders, and demands of countries of origin, destination, or transits. 
  • The collections of other travel documents needed will be the passenger/ guest/ applicant’s responsibility to know and understand. 
  • The company will only state all the general information needed. The passenger/ guest/applicants must check requirements for their own circumstances with the relevant embassies or consulates. And must be up to date before your travel date.
  • Some of the destination countries need proof of sufficient funds for the entire journey.


  • Traveling within the Philippines – All terminal fees and other needed travel fees outside of booking services are to the passenger/guest/applicant’s expense. 
  • Traveling outside the Philippines – All Philippine travel tax, terminal fees, destination country fees other needed travel expenses outside of booking services are to the passenger/guest/applicant’s expense unless specified in the booking confirmation.


  • All booking services are accepted on the understanding that you appreciate such risks and hazards and that you undertake all travel services at your own violations. 
  • For the tour, services, transfer, tickets, visas, and other travel services have detailed information which is the “Itinerary”. And any of the activities which are not included in the itinerary we provide, accept that no further services will be provided by us. 
  • The company or tour travel agents are not held responsible for any interviews of immigration officers of your country of origin and destination that might result in offloading or failure to board. It will always be at the airline or immigration officer’s discretion of decisions. (Local and  International Immigration Interviews or  to any immigration borders)


  • Immigration has the right and absolute power to subject any passenger to question or interview upon exit in The Philippines and entry to the destination. 
  • Grandson travel and tours, will not be liable for any immigration decision to exclude any passenger to depart or enter a country due to any circumstances, any and all other tour and airline payments are non-refundable.


  • Airlines – all “LCC” or Low-Cost Carrier Airlines are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE these travel policies are in accordance with their own terms and conditions. And all “GDS” or Global Distributor Airlines are also NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified in the ticket terms and conditions. For airlines with REFUNDABLE policy refundable amounts will still be subject to penalties and charges once the booking is voluntarily canceled. The involuntary cancellation service fee will not be REFUNDED.
  • Hotel Booking – Refund will be subject to booking date conditions, which depend on the number of days upon the cancellation request. Hotels have different refund and cancellation policies which will be stated upon the confirmation of bookings.
  • VOYAGE – local sea transportation is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE
  • CRUISES – Refund will be subject to applicable penalties and fees for the voluntary cancellation. And in the event of failure to provide the necessary travel documents for the approval of your travel. Refunds will be subject to penalties and the service fees of the supplier.
  • TOUR PACKAGE AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES – These are NON-REFUNDABLE but in some tours, the travel services can be TRANSFERABLE unless specified in the tour conditions.
  • VISA SERVICES FEE – Are non-refundable.
  • OTHER SERVICES FEE – Are subject to conditions review of refund.


  • The passenger/ guest/ applicants are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not disrupt others. If passenger/ guest/ applicants are causing or are likely to cause distress, danger, or annoyance to any other customers or any third party, or damage to property, or to cause a delay or diversion to transportation and cancellation of travel. We reserve the right to terminate your booking with us immediately.
  • In the event of such termination, our liability to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation/ transportation/ tour arrangement and other services. We will have no further obligations to you and/or your party.
  • No refunds for loss of your accommodations/ transportation/ tour arrangement and other services will be made, and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination, the passenger/ guest/ applicants and your party may also be required to pay for any damages or loss and disruption of the service in full.
  • We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behavior of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us.


  • All booking services should be paid in full before the confirmation of your booking. Failure to pay within 24 hours of your requested booking will be canceled immediately. 
  • The payment procedure should only be transacted to our travel agent with the company name to any payment gateway.
  • The company will not honor payments outside or to any unauthorized personnel.


  • Travel services require travel insurance that covers personal injury and emergency medical expenses.
  • Passengers who refuse to avail of travel insurance before booking will not be the company’s responsibility for any emergency occurrences. 
  • Other travel services require to avail the mandatory travel insurance that covers a minimum medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage of  PHP 2M, USD 200,000, or EURO 2,000.
  • Additional fees may apply for availing of travel insurance.
